# Argosy: Ocean Data Analysis


This repository concerns data analysis towards characterization of the upper 
water column specifically in the northeastern Pacific ocean. The upper water
column is sometimes referred to as the epipelagic zone or the photic zone as
it is amenable to the penetration of sunlight.
